As part of a project I've recently been working on to automate the email handling of a major utility company I've developed a very useful solution for loading emails from a transactional website to Oracle databases. The software allows you to extract text based on keywords from the emails and to load specific text into different fields.
I am available for consultancy to advise on development or implementation of similar Email Management and Customer Email Tracking Software solutions for other companies.
